Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Items purchased on line may be returned within 20 days from the date of receipt. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless otherwise noted below.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition in the original packaging with any tags. Please e-mail us at admin@hockeystorenmore.com or call 518 371-2894 to obtain a return authorization number or for any warranty issues.

There is no restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange. If you are returning an item because of an error that we made please call us at 518 371-2894 to arrange for us to have the item picked up by UPS ground. If you would rather ship the item back yourself please ship your returns via UPS ground only! We cannot pay for shipping charges if your return was shipped by any method other than UPS Ground. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued, as Hockey Store N More reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
